Getting There

Most of us have to travel to get to work. For years the Treherbert service has been terrible. Two carriages instead of four. No seats. Filthy toilets. Delays and cancellations. Thanks to Chris’s campaigning, from 2022 brand-new trains will run every 15 minutes, cutting the journey time by 12 minutes and there will be new connecting services in Cardiff.

On the buses?
The free bus pass is not much use if the bus routes are wrong. Chris has persuaded stagecoach to run extra buses on the Saturday 120/130 service, from Penygraig to Porth on Saturday afternoons and from Clydach to Tonypandy at 1840 on Mondays to Fridays – and install phone charging points on the 120/130 route.
